Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The 44-year-old Park Primary School teacher, facing charges of rape and sexual assault, among others, appeared in the Mossel Bay Regional Court today, 28 February.
The matter was postponed to 31 March for a possible plea agreement.
The accused was arrested in September 2023 at the school.
Mossel Bay Advertiser previously reported that the alleged acts of rape and sexual assault took place from 2019 to 2020 at various locations in Mossel Bay.
The teacher is out on bail and his name may not be released until he pleads.
