MOSSEL BAY NEWS - With no more active fires in the area, Mossel Bay has experienced a calmness it hasn’t had since fires started raging on Tuesday 6 January.
Although operational work to secure vulnerable areas continues following the fires in Mossel Bay, the Joint Operations Centre which was set up to coordinate firefighting operations, was closed this afternoon, 9 January.
