MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Concerned members of the community sent photographs of local beaches, especially in Reebok where a black substance can be seen along the high-tide mark.
The Mossel Bay Advertiser made enquiries with the Mossel Bay Municipality and thus far has been given the feedback that it is not an oil spill.
The marks seem to be of an organic nature.
