MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay's Got Talent enters its semi-final round on Saturday 6 September.

The show kicks off at 18:00 at the Bravo Lounge and promises an enchanting night of music, dance and poetry.

Now in its third year, the popular competition has become a highlight of Mossel Bay Arts Month, supported by the Mossel Bay Municipality.

The initiative, first launched in 2009, was created to uplift local youth, discover hidden talent and encourage creative expression across the community.

According to the municipality, this year's auditions, held throughout July and August, attracted a record number of entries, with participants ranging from singers and dancers to poets and performers.

Winners in the semi-final earn their place in the grand finale set to take place at the Mossel Bay Town Hall from 12:00 on Heritage Day, 24 September.

Tickets for Saturday's event are priced at R30 for adults and R20 for children. The semi-final is scheduled to run until 22:00.
