Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The case against Sonwabile Mbambo (39), the man accused of the murder of Heleen Annandale (62) in September last year, recently came up again in the Mossel Bay Regional Court.
Annandale was found in her Mossel Bay flat with a wound to her neck on 1 September.
The accused was arrested two days after the victim was found and is facing charges of murder as well as theft of a motor vehicle - Annandale’s car was later found abandoned in Moonie Street, KwaNonqaba.
During one of his previous appearances in court, Mbambo was denied bail and has remained in police custody since.
The case has been provisionally postponed to Thursday 21 May.
