MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Some students of the South Cape College Mossel Bay campus had the opportunity to show off their projects to the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Dr Nomusa Dube-Ncube, this morning, Thursday 16 July.
Dube-Ncube attended the official launch of the college’s new 4IR Centre of Excellence and Centre of Specialisation.
The launch was attended by a few significant figures, including Dube-Ncube, Cliffie Bayman, the Mossel Bay deputy mayor, and Cameron Dugmore, a politician and member of the National Assembly of South Africa.

The group was taken on a tour of the two centres, beginning at the 41R Centre of Excellence.
Here, students specialising in renewable energy, computer training, mechanics, robotics, engineering and artificial intelligence, among others, demonstrated and explained the various projects which they had designed and created themselves.
