MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Three minors accused of murdering a Herbertsdale man, Tashwill Daniels (29), on 20 January, have been granted bail of R1 000 each.
The three, two aged 14 and one aged 15, have been released into the custody of their parents.
It is alleged that on the evening of 20 January, a group of people threw rocks at Daniels' home.
When he came out of the house to speak to the group, a scuffle allegedly took place. Daniels sustained fatal stab wounds, allegedly during the scuffle, and was declared dead on the scene.
The three minors were arrested the following day and were charged with murder.
They were granted bail on 4 February and are expected to appear again at the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on 27 February.
