MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Three minors appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, 22 January, in connection with the murder of 29-year-old Tashwill Daniels.
Daniels was killed in Herbertsdale on the evening of 20 January.
Four people were initially taken in for questioning on the morning of 21 January, however, one person was released.
Three minors, two aged 14 and one aged 15, were charged with Daniels' murder.
KwaNonqaba Police Station spokesperson Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp said it is alleged that a group of people had been throwing rocks at Daniels' house just before 22:00 on 20 January.
Daniels came out of his house to address the people allegedly throwing rocks and a scuffle took place.
Daniels was then stabbed in the chest, allegedly by one of the people in the group. He was declared dead on the scene.
The matter has been postponed to 23 January for a formal bail application. The three are currently in the custody of correctional services.
