Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - After a meeting with the municipal manager, Adv Thys Giliomee, the KwaNonqaba Police station commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Azisa Mandongana and seven delegates from the Asla community, an agreement was reached and the protesters dispersed peacefully.
This after approximately 200 people gathered in front of the KwaNonqaba Police station earlier this evening where they demanded the release of people who were arrested during the past two day's protests in Asla Park.
All roads remain open to traffic.
