MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Domestic violence may have been the reason for a murder early on Monday, 24 June in Endlovini, KwaNonqaba.
According to information from the police, a 35-year-old man had six wounds to his chest, presumably inflicted with a sharp object by his wife at approximately 06:00.
"The suspect denied involvement in the murder when she spoke to police officers, although witnesses have confirmed that she admitted to the incident," KwaNonqaba police spokesperson Sgt Kapp said.
He added that the suspect spoke no English. The couple came from Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape.
The KwaNonqaba police (044 606 5600) request anyone with information about the incident to contact the investigative unit.
