MOSSEL BAY GOLF NEWS - Pinnacle Point Estate hosted its monthly Fine & Country Better Ball golf competition on 24 July.

This month the competition was combined with round one of the prestigious BMW Club Golf International.

The BMW Golf Club International has been hosted at some of the world's most beautiful and best conditioned golf courses with Pinnacle Point Estate receiving the honour of being selected as hosting club. The winners of round one have been selected to progress to a regional event, then nationally and finally play at the international event in Mauritius.

For the BMW competition, played in an Individual Stableford format, Francois Swanepoel won the A-Division (0-12 handicaps), Douw Herbst won the B-Division (13-28 handicap) and Marina Juta claimed the win in the Ladies' Division.

The winner of each division of the BMW GCI National Final will represent South Africa in the International World final in March 2020.

The Fine & Country competition results saw winners André Steyn and Fanus Minnaar scoring 45 points. A big thanks to Marianda de Villiers and Fine & Country for their ongoing support of the competition.
