SOUTHERN CAPE NEWS - SWD's top cricket umpire, André Olivier, has been recognised for his prowess and been appointed to officiate as an umpire at the Cricket South Africa franchise Academies Week in Oudtshoorn.
He also recently officiated in the Coca Cola Khaya Majola week and the USSA Tertiary week, where he stood in the final match.
With him here is Laurence Matroos (CSA umpire coach).
