NATIONAL NEWS - The dehorned carcass of a rhino has been found on a farm near Koster in North West.

Police said Sunday that the carcass had been there for about three weeks.

Spokesperson, Paul Ramaloko, said the game farm owner reported seeing the rhino earlier this month.

He said preliminary investigations revealed that a high calibre rifle was used to shoot the rhino.

No arrests have yet been made.
