'Flabba' murder case postponed

NATIONAL NEWS - The murder case of Sindisiwe Manqele, accused of killing her rapper boyfriend Nkululeko ”Flabba” Habedi, was postponed in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday morning.

Magistrate Gideon Schnetler postponed the matter to the 17th of August for trial in the high court sitting in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court.

Manqele, who is out on bail, covered her face as she walked into court.

Habedi, a member of hip-hop group Skwatta Kamp, was stabbed to death at his home in Alexandra in February.

The popular musician was stabbed in the chest.

Twenty six year-old Manqele claims she killed Habedi in self-defence.
