MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A unique function for women, in the form of a talk show, was held in Mossel Bay on Saturday, 20 August.
The event was organised and hosted by an Eden FM radio presenter, Berenice Kogana Paulson, and there were three speakers who were interviewed by her.
Kogana Paulson has a regular slot, called Woman to Women, on the radio station, but the event last weekend was held in her private capacity.

Women in the audience at last Saturday's event had the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
Kogana Paulson said: "From my seven years of doing radio interviews, I have discovered women need to talk and to have deep, open conversations."
The speakers were Mossel Bay image consultant Nadia Lemmetuis; pharmacist, motivational speaker and ministry leader Hein Jacobs; and full-time working woman and pastor's wife Dorah Shabangu.
Fashion trends
Lemmetuis gave tips on fashion trends, explained the various body types and the importance of wearing colours which suit one.
Jacobs' topic was "What men wish women knew: In the bedroom". He said men were attracted to women who had self-confidence.
Shabangu spoke about friendship among women and the importance of "classifying the people in your life". She said the pillars of a strong friendship were love and support.
"Guard your heart from friendship hurt. It's okay to love her from a distance," she advised.
The attendees included a magistrate, doctor, bank personnel, pastors' wives and church leaders.
It was an emotional occasion. The women had many good laughs and then ended the event singing together, hugging and crying.
Kogana Paulson said: "It was meant to be a small, intimate group of ladies just talking." But she ended up having 50 attendees at the venue, which was the Point Hotel and Spa.
She received enthusiastic feedback from the attendees, who enjoyed the opportunity to bond with other women.
The guests enjoyed the opportunity to dress up.
