MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The South African Police Service (SAPS) held an imbizo at the South Cape College with the N6 students to encourage them to become involved in community safety.
The objective is to get more young people to volunteer their time to become involved in the neighbourhood watch programmes and to actively participate in these structures.
The session was well attended by the students. It was presented by Sgt Kapp of the KwaNonqaba SAPS on behalf of the police's Da Gamaskop Cluster under the guidance of Brigadier Gerhard Jantjies.
With the assistance of the college more of these sessions will follow.
