It has taken the contractors about one and a half months to complete the house on the existing serviced erf, so Luleka took occupation of her new two-bedroomed home just in time for Christmas.
The Mossel Bay Municipality empowered local contractors through training to build 135 houses.
A total of ten houses were handed over today, and another ten will be handed over on Thursday.
