MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Tertuis Simmers, attended a site visit on Friday, 31 January, where toilets will be built for more than 360 beneficiaries in Mossel Bay.
Simmers and Mossel Bay executive mayor, Alderman Harry Levendal, attended the sod-turning ceremony in D'Almeida.
Simmers visited various townships on the Garden Route and he says he has money in his budget for initiatives such as the building of toilets for residents who live in houses that are more than 60 years old.
"These people don't have toilets at their premises and we will restore their dignity by building them toilets."
