Scores of cancer survivors and supporters gathered at the Hartenbos amphitheater to raise funds and create awareness for the fight against cancer.
Sean Snyman's dog, Ice, a Siberian husky received a medal from cancer survivor, Elize.
It was quite an emotional moment for Sean, a keen photographer of Mossel Bay.
He said: "Remember that my father passed away in 1997 from cancer and my mother is a cancer Survivor of over 35 years, so getting the Medal from a survivor was not only an honor but an emotional tribute to the members of my family, too".
