MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A man slipped on the St Blaize trail at about 18:00 today, 12 February. The extent of his injuries is not yet known.
Municipal emergency services, plus two ambulances, and other vehicles were parked on Cecil Shepherd Street in Mossel Bay's Upper Town.
The man was being retrieved and prepared to be transported to hospital at about 20:00.
There had been a large degree of difficulty accessing him because he fell down a cliff on the trail. It is believed he had gone closer to enjoy the view, the municipality noted.
Unconfirmed reports are that two people on the trail raised the alarm that someone had fallen and emergency services were called. The NSRI assisted in accessing the man from the seaside.
