MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Judgment will be delivered in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court today in the case of a 50-year-old man who is accused of giving a seven-year-old girl R41 so that he could sexually assault her.
The charge relates to an incident on 13 April, 2019 at the car park at Diaz beach. A father who took his son for surfing lessons witnessed the incident.
The money was found in the victim's possession. The suspect pleaded not guilty on the charge against him.
