MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Street Angels Soup Kitchen started about three months ago.
One of the founders, Judy van Rooyen, says: "We had a passion to help feed the homeless people of Mossel Bay, no matter which race.
"We have been blessed in many ways with donations of clothing, groceries and financial aid from anonymous sponsors. We would be so grateful if a sponsor would come forward to help pay our rent of R2 000.
"We feed about 60 to 70 homeless people per day, God willing. We are in desperate need of financial and food donations, to keep feeding our people.
Our aim is to be open seven days a week."
Judy says the organisation was started with practically nothing and was a dream that materialised.

She says: "Seeing the faces of the people we feed is so heartwarming; we are like a family united."The NPO consists of three people: chair Karin Lombard, Alida Middendorp who is in charge of finance and Judy, who is the secretary.
