First of three cruise ships for the week arrives in Mossel Bay

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay Tourism said it is looking forward to welcoming three cruise ships to Mossel Bay this week. One arrived early this morning, 11 March, with the next two expected tomorrow, 12 March.

The Norwegian Dawn was the first to make its appearance. Its estimated time of departure is 15:00 this afternoon.

Passengers on board: ± 2061

Passengers on excursions: ± 842

Passengers walking around: ± 1219

The Silver Spirit and Europa are set to arrive tomorrow at 08:00 and depart later that evening. These ships have about 490 and 311 passengers respectively.

Mossel Bay Tourism said arrival of the cruise ships is weather and swell dependent and at the captain's discretion.
