Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The case against Great Brak River Police Station spokesperson and officer Sergeant Lauriane Botha will be heard in the Plettenberg Bay Regional Court on 26 November.
Botha, who was arrested in February on charges of corruption, defeating the ends of justice and intimidation, appeared in the Great Brak River Periodical Court on Tuesday 29 September.
The Western Cape spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority, Eric Ntabazalila, said the matter was to be heard in the Plettenberg Bay court as it is the designated court for all specialised commercial crime matters.
