MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Thanks to a local businessman , over 30 homeless people found shelter on Thursday at a local backpackers.
In lieu of the 21 day lockdown, businesses have decided to donate food and other supplies.
Yesterday, owners of a local laundry as well as a towing service combined their efforts and made a welcome food donation which they dropped off at the Shark Shack.
“We hope this inspires other businesses to also reach out and address needs in our community during the lock down,” JJ Oosthuizen from Allies Towing told the Mossel Bay Advertiser.
