Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Police are still investigating after the finding of the body of a 24-year-old woman in New Rest in Mossel Bay on Saturday, 10 August.
No arrests have been made yet.
The body, partially naked, was found in a bushy area just before 07:00 that morning.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies said a case of murder was opened at the time of the discovery. The police have not yet disclosed the woman's identity.
Spies said an autopsy had been done to determine the cause of death. He said the autopsy report, which the police have not yet received, would form part of the investigation.
Anyone with information which could assist the police, is asked to contact Warrant Officer Geoffrey Moos (044 606 5608/7) at the KwaNonqaba Police Station.
