MOSSEL BAY NEWS - “We are inviting members of the community that are energetic, intelligent, physically and mentally fit and that are dedicated, with the desire to serve their country on a voluntary basis as reservists, to assist the police in the fight against crime,” says Wo Pieter Koekemoer, spokesperson at the Mossel Bay Police Station.
A reservist performs voluntary duty in the South African Police Service without any expectation of receiving compensation for such duty.
Reservists are expected to perform a minimum of 16 hours' voluntary duty per month.
Applications to serve at all the local police stations are required.
The closing date for applications is 28 February.
