INTERNATIONAL NEWS - A woman who was found at a park pushing her dead three-year-old son in a swing is currently in the hospital undergoing a medical evaluation, police said.

The son of the unnamed 24-year-old woman was taken to the medical examiner and an autopsy will take place in the upcoming week, police said on Saturday.

The woman, who police said they will not identify today, was reportedly spotted pushing her deceased toddler on the piece of equipment at Wills Memorial Park in La Plata, Maryland, on Friday morning.

Police believe she may have been at the playground with her son all night. The child did not have any signs of trauma on his body. officials said.
