Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Confirmed reports were received of workers, especially people working at PetroSA who are being intimidated and prevented from going to work.
The N2 and Louis Fourie Road are not closed to traffic, but the utmost caution is advised as many people are walking to work and motorists are picking up their workers along the road.
Traffic along Louis Fourie Road is very slow moving.
The situation remains volatile and unless absolutely necessary, visits to Asla Park and KwaNonqaba should be avoided.
There is a heavy presence of law enforcement officials at the various crossings into Asla Park and KwaNonqaba to monitor the situation. Mayixhale Road as well as Crotz Street remains closed to all traffic.
