Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A fundraising function for Leah-Rose Mcbean is being held on Saturday, 9 September, in the Mossel Bay Town Hall.
Leah-Rose was born with amniotic band syndrome. This resulted in her having to undergo an amputation. She walks with the help of a prosthesis.
Leah-Rose was also born with problems with her hands. She is undergoing an operation on one of her hands in September.
With the help of her loving parents and members of the community who have supported them, Leah-Rose is able to live as normal a life as possible.

The theme is: Picnic effect with a touch of orange. Be ready to dance at the function. "Leave your heels at home," the organisers advise.
The dress code is semi-formal. The entry fee is R200. Fanatics SA and Matt Domingo will be performing at the event. Debbie Valentine will be the hostess on the microphone and there are a number of popular speakers, known in the Mossel Bay area.
