MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The coronavirus outbreak has led to worldwide concern and a global health emergency being declared.
We asked people about their concerns regarding the virus.

Jannie Gunter:
"I am worried it might spread to South Africa. I doubt our hospitals would be able to handle it if that happens."
Janna Gunter:
"I am afraid that because we don't have strong borders the virus might spread through illegal immigrants coming to South Africa.

"My two children are teaching English in China. They have to wear masks whenever they go out. I am not worried about them because I feel that when your time comes there is nothing you can do about it.

"The way the virus is spreading it seems like we're all going to die. We should all just eat lots of chocolate before that has a chance to happen."

"I am surprised it has not reached South Africa yet. I am worried about a family member who is teaching English in South Korea. I hope she doesn't get infected."
