Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - 17-year-old Michaela Booysen from Mossel Bay, who was murdered in the early hours of yesterday morning when she was attacked and robbed by three men, was killed for her shoes.
Police say Michaela was walking home with her 24-year-old boyfriend at around 03:20 when the suspects attacked them in Dywili Street in Asla Park.
She was struck on the head with a sharp object before the suspects robbed her of her black Nike shoes and ran away. Her boyfriend managed to escape unharmed. Michaela was declared dead on the scene.
