MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A 38-year-old man who allegedly stole a Land Rover from a house in Great Brak River near Mossel Bay will make his first appearance in court today.
Police Spokesperson, Sgt Chris Spies says the suspect was arrested on Saturday afternoon, 11 June, at around 3 o'clock on the R328 between Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn.
Sergeant Spies says police were deployed on the route following the theft of the Land Rover.
He says the suspect could not explain why he was driving the vehicle and was arrested on the spot .
He faces a charge of being in possession of stolen property.
