MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Western Cape libraries - and this includes Mossel Bay - are still experiencing technical problems which are hampering service delivery.
Library material can still not be taken out on loan. Books can be returned, but not taken out.
This is owing to a problem with the libraries' computer program. The libraries are offline because of the problem.
It is not known when the problem will be remedied.
