MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Unusual gifts materialised at Christmas for Elvis and Albertinia Khohli of Joe Slovo in Mossel Bay.
One of their goats had four kids. This is unheard of.
A goat usually has one or two offspring. The Khohlis have a total of 21 goats, which they keep at a farm in Friemersheim.
Nothing like this bonanza of four goat kids has ever happened to them before.
Unfortunately one of the kids was weaker than the rest and died shortly after birth.
The Khohlis also have a number of chickens, so are able to provide their friends with free range chickens as gifts.
Elvis worked for the municipality for a number of years but was boarded owing to ill health.
