HESSEQUA NEWS -All firelines are contained.

  1. Division A: North contained.
  2. Division B: West contained.
  3. Division C: South, south-west - contained
  4. Division D: East flank: contained.

Aerial resources assisted ground crews well in containing three flare-ups.

Mopping-up and patrol of all divisions will continue throughout the night. The objective for the night is to keep the lines secured. Mopping up and monitoring the whole area will continue.

Roleplayers include GRDM, Hessequa Municipality Fire Services, Working on Fire, Albertinia Farmwatch and the Southern Cape Fire Protection Association.
