MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Municipality is hosting its quarterly meeting of the Local Drug Action Committee (LDAC) on 9 September at the Asla Park Community Hall.
The meeting starts at 10:00 and will conclude at 12:00.
The stakeholders at this meeting will include the departments of Social Development, Health, Correctional Services and SANCA, several relevant non-government and non-profit organisations, local churches, municipal and ward councillors, as well as concerned members of the community.
The purpose of the LDAC meeting is to establish a coordinated approach to address substance use disorder intervention and to highlight challenges stakeholders experience with their programmes and projects.
