MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) gave notice to NEDLAC in terms of S77(1)(d) of intention to proceed with protest action on Wednesday, 7 October.
The Mossel Bay Municipality says they are aware of the planned protest action.
“The municipality wishes to state that, per the Minimum Services Agreement all essential services will continue as usual,” says spokesperson Nickey le Roux.
“The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience and asks the public to exercise caution. At this stage, there is no indication of the extent - if any - of the planned protest in Mossel Bay.”
