MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Around lunch time, Friday, 22nd December, NSRI Mossel Bay duty crew responded aboard the sea rescue craft Vodacom Rescuer IV to assist with a capsized rubber-duck.
A 39 year old and a 19 year old, both from Pretoria, capsized on a pencil rubber-duck off-shore of Dias Beach while preparing for the upcoming Trans Agulhas boat race.
A fishing ski-boat, in the area at the time, assisted them out of the surfline.
No injuries were incurred.
