We focussed on Project Management for 4 and 5 star Hotels, Nationally and Internationally to achieve the qualifications, skills and knowledge as set out by our accreditation with CATHSETA and City & Guilds of London. In 2003 the doors were opened to individual Hotel School students and we currently operate from our campus in George.
The benefits of studying at a Private FET College such as ourselves is that we provide applied and work-orientated study programmes at more affordable learning costs. The qualifications are Nationally and Internationally accredited which means that you can gain access to the National and International Hospitality work arena such as Cruise liners, Hotels and Country estates.
Our programmes include:
- Hospitality Management Diploma - City & Guilds - 3 years;
- Professional Cookery & Culinary Arts Diploma City & Guilds - 2 years;
- Assistant Chef Skills Programme THETA 16 weeks
- Part time Saturday AM;
- Skills Proficiency Certificates City & Guilds - short courses
- On-line Studies City & Guilds - own time.
In addition to this we introduce Morning Cooking Classes on Thursday mornings from 08:00 - 12:00 to spark up your cooking skills and culinary art!
For further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us or visit our campus! Our Facilitators and Assessors have both academic qualifications and Hospitality Industry experience to answer any queries you may have.
