Upcoming local weightlifting talent uncovered
Participating in the Mossel Bay Sports and Recreation festival, four athletes qualified for participation in the IWF World Senior Weightlifting Championship that will take place in the USA in November. On Saturday, 23 September the floor echoed as athletes competed in two weightlifting competitions that coincide with one another. It was the first competition of many that will take place annually at the Eden Fitness/Crossfit Charisma.
