MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Since Covid 19 has made the world grind to a halt, artists have risen to the challenge to find creative ways to continue performing.
Today, Mossel Bay Creative Cultures Association of Mocca/Mokka, is hosting the first of several online concerts.
Local artists recorded from their homes and their efforts were compiled into a 40 minute Watch Party premiering from the organisation’s facebook page tonight at 19:00.
“Artists have been here in good times and bad. We exist to be on stage, to entertain, to inspire. In these extraordinary times staying home is the best way to care for our world; but why should that stop us from bringing you some entertainment from our most talented artists?” says cabaret star Petronel Baard, chair of Mocca.
