MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Three musicians are teaming up for the next Mossel Bay Arts Society concert this weekend.
Distinguished classical musicians Zanta Hofmeyr and Miroslav Chakaryan will perform violin duos by José White Lafitte, Henryk Wieniawski, Pablo de Sarasate, Dmitri Shostakovich, Jean-Marie Leclair, Johan Halvorsen and Maurice Moszkowski. Olive Sandilands will be on piano.
Due to limited seating (45 seats per evening), two evenings have been arranged - Friday, 10 August and Saturday, 11 August.
Tickets are R130 for members of the Mossel Bay Arts Society and R150 for non-members. The events will take place at the Sandilands residence. Both concerts start at 19:30, with doors opening at 19:00.
A glass of glühwein will be offered before the concert.
A formidable trio: Zanta Hofmeyr, Miroslav Chakaryan and Olive Sandilands are performing together on 10 and 11 August.
Tickets will be sold prior to the event and bookings will only be confirmed with the purchase of a ticket.
