MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Skydive Mossel Bay will be offering beach landing at Diaz Beach at this year's Sports Festival which takes place from 15 September to 14 October.
For the first time they are opening their club's facilities to locals and visitors alike for an in-depth look into what it takes to be a skydiver.
Get ready to visit their drop zone at Aalwyndal during the Sports Festival and be sure to meet their tandem instructor, Sakhele Tuyakume. He recently participated in an initiative to introduce disadvantaged youth to the sport through tandem jumps.
During their open house as part of the Sports Festival, all aspects of the sport of skydiving will be explained expertly by the men and women who passionately participate and educate locals and tourists alike in this adrenaline-pumping international sport.
Get to meet the skydivers who turned their passion for the sport into a career - people who now excel at opening up the world of skydiving to other enthusiasts through, among others, tandem jumps.
