MOSSEL BAY CRICKET NEWS - Cricket South Africa (CSA) congratulates nine of its affiliate coaches for the sports coaching designations that have been conferred on them by the South African Sports Confederation and National Olympic Committee (Sascoc).

The successful coaches include SWD's coaching education manager, Garry Hampson. The qualification was issued after candidates met the requirements of the National Coach Developer (NCD) of CSA based on the Recognition for Prior Learning assessment process which was successfully completed. 

Hampson also holds a Cricket SA Level IV coaching certificate - the highest coaching qualification.

"Coaching holds the key to our talent development pipeline," said CSA chief executive Thabang Moroe, "and it is encouraging to see so many talented coaches coming through our system. We will take keen interest in their future progress."
