Oscar Pistorius to undergo psychotherapy

NATIONAL NEWS - The parole review board has ordered Oscar Pistorius to undergo psychotherapy.

The Department of Correctional Services confirmed on Monday the decision to release the offender under correctional supervision was set aside and referred back to the parole board.

Pistorius is serving a five-year sentence for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day two years ago.

The department says parole review board Chair, Judge Lucy Mailula has ordered that Pistorius be subjected to psychotherapy to address criminogenic factors of the crime he committed.
