Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Municipal traffic services, law enforcement and the South African Police Service is monitoring the situation in parts of KwaNonqaba where protest action started earlier today, 23 August.
Mayixhale Street, Thembelihle Street, Sampson Street and Bill Jeffrey Avenue are closed to traffic due to debris, including stones on road surface.
At present, no other roads are closed and traffic is flowing as normal.
News updates will follow as and if the situation changes.
NUUSFLITS: PROTESAKSIE
Munisipale verkeersdienste, wetstoepassers en die Suid-Afrikaanse Polisiediens monitor steeds die situasie in gedeeltes van KwaNonqaba waar protesaksie vroeër vandag, 23 Augustus begin het.
Slegs Mayixhale-, Thembelihle- en Sampson-strate asook Bill Jeffrey-rylaan is gesluit vanweë puin onder meer klippe wat op die padoppervlak lê.
Geen ander paaie is tans gesluit nie en die verkeer vloei soos normaal.
Nuusflitse sal volg soos en indien die situasie verander.
