Update

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Fire fighting teams have been deployed at the PetroSA landfill site since yesterday, 15 November following the outbreak of fire. 

The fire is contained, but it is anticipated that the situation may impact the collection of and disposal of waste by municipal teams. 

There will be a delay in refuse collection today, 16 November. Areas that may be worst affected will be Asla Park, KwaNonqaba and Highway Park. 

Updates will follow as more information becomes available.
