MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A regional court date has been set for the three men accused of murdering Extension 13 resident, Chivago Fillies (31), who died on 30 June this year.
Jemandry Braaff (20), Ushere Apdol (19) and Aubrey-Junior Nickleo Mentoor (19) appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, 30 October, when the date, 22 January, for their appearance in the Mossel Bay Regional Court was provided.
Fillies died after an attack in which he was allegedly hit over the head several times and beaten, in the early hours of 29 June.
Braaf, Apdol and Mentoor were arrested the day after the attack, the same day that Fillies died from his wounds while in hospital.
The three men were granted bail of R2 000 each in July.
