MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Police have released the name of the cyclist killed in a hit-and-run accident in Louis Fourie Road, Heiderand, last Sunday evening, 2 February.
He has been identified as Emmanuel Kagiso Justin Louw (29). His name could not be given before his next of kin had been informed.
Louw was killed instantly when he was struck by a car on Louis Fourie Road between the Essenhout and Melkhout street intersections at about 21:00.
The vehicle that is believed to have struck Louw was traced and confiscated by Mossel Bay Police Station officers on Monday, 3 February.
